·If BAC is .15 or more, spend 10 more days behind bars

·If BAC is .20 or more, spend 20 more days behind bars

·DMV will suspend your driving license for 3 years

DUI 3rd Consequences within 5 Years

·Convicted of a Class 6 felony offense

·Spend 1 to 5 years behind bars or up to 1 year and pay a fine of $2,500

·Pay a required minimum fine of $1,000

·Spend a mandatory jail sentence of 6 months

·Can petition the court through your DUI lawyer for a restricted driving license eligibility after the conviction date, which will be restricted to driving to and from work and in the event of employment

·Ignition interlocal required for 6 months once you get your driving privileges back or with a restricted driving license during the time your driver license is suspended

·Driving license is suspended for good, but through your DUI attorney, you can petition for it after 5 years

·You will have to return your car

·DMV will suspend your driving license for 3 years

DUI 3rd Consequences within 10 Years

·Convicted of a Class 6 felony offense

·Pay a fine of $1,000

·Spend a mandatory jail sentence of 90 days

·Ineligible for a restricted driving license

·Can petition the court through your DWI lawyer for a restricted driving license eligibility, 3 years after the conviction date, which will be restricted to driving to and from work and in the event of employment

·Ignition interlocal required for 6 months once you get your driving privileges back or with a restricted driving license during the time your driver license is suspended

·Driving license is suspended for good, but through your DWI attorney, you can petition for it after 5 years

·You will have to return your car
